Terms and Conditions for SMS & Email Communication
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.
By registering for a webinar hosted by Williamson Group Real Estate, you agree to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders from Williamson Group Real Estate related to upcoming webinars, events, and relevant follow-up information.
These communications may include:
– Webinar reminders and updates.
– Information related to services from Williamson Group Real Estate.
You acknowledge that standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and service plan. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
To opt out of email communications, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you receive from Williamson Group Real Estate. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails but may still receive transactional or service-related emails.
Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Collection and Use
By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Williamson Group Real Estate may collect and use your personal data (including first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of sending SMS and email communications. Your data will not be shared with any third parties except as required to send these communications, and only in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Third-Party Service Providers
Williamson Group Real Estate may work with third-party service providers to facilitate SMS and email communications. Your personal information will only be used for purposes related to the webinar or services offered by Williamson Group Real Estate. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
General Terms
You represent and warrant that the phone number provided during registration is your own and not someone else's. If your phone number or email address changes, you agree to notify Williamson Group Real Estate promptly to ensure continued communication.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws in the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
